day. Salon Modello understands all of the hard work and meticulous planning that goes into

making your day a true success. Please complete this contract and deposit to secure stylists and appointments.

 

Important Information

All of the services are priced per service rate and include the use of professional hair products and supplies. The estimated service rate does not include the cost of travel, special requests, and gratuity. Upon the completion of this wedding service contract, we require you to fill out a credit card authorization form to secure the appointments and process the scheduled payments.

 

Credit Card Authorization

We require an authorized credit card on file to secure all wedding appointments. This ensures that

payments are easily recorded and processed once the service(s) have been fulfilled. On the day of

the wedding, things can get a little crazy, by having your card on file, paying for the service(s) is one

less thing to worry about. All payments will be scheduled, and the agreed dates and totals will be

provided in advance so there are no surprises. Gratuity, parking/valet, and special requests may

be added to the final payment. This procedure is mainly used for on location weddings. In the case that Bridesmaids want to pay for their own services, their names will be added as an individual Guest of Salon Modello and their card can be added to their specific profile to cover the cost of their hair services. In the event that you and your Bridesmaids are receiving services at Salon Modello, we can easily split up payments for the individual.

 

Bride Hair Trial Appointment

Bride hair and/or makeup trial appointments should be scheduled 3 to 4 weeks prior to your wedding. Please bring everything you’ll accessorize with on your big day; such as your veil,

jewelry, extensions, and so on. This is also a great time to discuss special requests. At this

appointment your Stylist will take notes and photos of your completed look so that it is

easily replicated or tweaked the day of your wedding.

 

Cancellations / Tardiness / No Shows

Salon Modello requires all cancellations to be submitted in written form, emails can be directed to Weddings@SalonModelloATL.com.  We ask that the written notice is received a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-booked wedding date. Failure to submit a written cancellation notice 7 days prior

to the wedding day will result in a “no show” charge of the full amount of the service(s) scheduled. In-salon appointments follow our regular salon terms and conditions; there is a 15 minute grace period for your scheduled appointment time. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you give us a call at 404.681.3670 in regards to your appointment. All “no call/no show” scheduled appointments will be charged in full, using the credit card on file.

 

Special Requests

Special requests examples are headpieces, hair accessories, flowers, specific makeup products,

etc., and will be negotiated separately if applicable. The special request cost will be charged to

the authorized credit card on the scheduled final payment.

 

On Location Travel Fees

Salon Modello requires a $150 Travel Fee per Stylist traveling for all services performed outside of the salon. $150 per each additional stylist traveling will be added to the set fee. The Bride/Groom/Primary is responsible for paying for parking/valet costs for the traveling Salon Modello Employee(s). The travel fee and parking/valet costs will be charged to the authorized credit card on the scheduled final payment.

Wedding Services and Pricing

Salon Modello bases all Stylists on a price level system based on experience and education, below you will see an estimated range of what these service may cost.

Bride Trial Hair $105-200

Bride Day of Wedding Hair $105-200

Wedding Party Up Style $55-150

Wedding Party Blowout Style $45-110

 

Additional Costs (if applicable)

Travel Fee: $150 non-negotiable travel fee for 1 stylist. An additional $150 per every needed extra stylist will added to the travel fee.

Travel Restrictions: Maximum travel radius of 20 miles from Salon Modello’s address. For any location exceeding the 20 mile radius, $10.00 per extra mile will be added to the existing travel fee.

Parking/Valet Fee: Bride/Groom/Primary will be responsible for reimbursing Salon Modello Staff for         parking/valet costs.

Special Requests: This is a catch all for additional items needed to complete the look.

Example: extensions, flowers, veils, etc…

 

Guidelines

To help us serve you better and ensure that your appointments run smoothly, we ask that you and your wedding party please follow these simple guidelines:

 

Bride Trial Hair: For the Bride Hair Trial, please arrive with dry hair and reference photos of hairstyles that you both do like and do not like. This helps customize your look and makes sure everyone is on the same page.Bring your headpiece, veil, extensions, and any other hair accessories with you to the trial appointment. At this appointment, you and your Stylist will take photos and notes to make the wedding day look, easy to accomplish or tweak.If you have a certain hairstyle look in mind for your wedding party, please provide reference photos. We will add them to our folder, so we have an idea of what looks we will be creating for your wedding party on the day of the wedding.

 

Wedding Day Hair: Bride and Wedding Party Member’s hair needs to be prepared accordingly for the style(s) established with your hairstylist at the wedding consultation and/or trial appointment. Everyone receiving hair services needs to wear a button/zip up shirt to easily change clothes without disrupting the style. An additional fee may apply if the hair needs work outside of what was discussed. More specifically for the style applied, follow these simple steps:

Bride: Arrive with dry, clean hair with minimal/no product.

Wedding Party Up Style: This is classified as all of the hair being styled all the way up or half way pulled up. This includes any iron work that may or may not be needed, depending on the desired style. Arrive with dry, clean hair with minimal/no product.

Wedding Party Blowdry: This is classified as a blow dry style out. Iron work is included. This may also be classified as iron work on already clean and dried hair.

• (In Salon)- Arrive with your hair however you like. Your hair with be shampooed at the salon, using salon professional products, and then blow dried.

• (On Location)- Arrive with your hair freshly shampooed, conditioned, rinsed, and wet/damp with no products in it.
